Kyrah Ciliah

Kyrah is one of sydney’s biggest original artist’s coming up in the scene. With her velvet tones, sweet melodies and r&b background, Kyrah’s music is truly an experience.

 

It all began at the age of 9 when Kyrah first picked up a guitar and started singing her original songs around the family home. Her love for music only grew more and more as she got older and more experienced-performing at school musicals, talent quests and any other opportunity she could find. It wasn’t long before Kyrah moved away from her family to pursue her life-long passion for music. She then went on to study Contemporary Performance at ‘The Australian Institute of Music’ in Sydney. It was there that Kyrah really grew into the artist she is today. After receiving a Distinction for her Graduating Recital, her career only went up from there.

 

In 2011 Kyrah made it into the top 6 groups on ‘The Xfactor Australia’ getting the opportunity to travel to LA and meet with artists-Leona Lewis and the Madden brothers (Good Charlotte).

 

Inspired and motivated to build her empire back on her home ground Kyrah wrote and recorded several tracks relating to her personal life. She also produced all of the tracks and released them for free download in 2012. Kyrah has performed alongside guitar hero Slash (Guns & Roses) and recently did a shoot for Sony Vevo with UK Superstar Labrinth which was featured on youtube. She has also been mentored by artists Ronan Keating and Lady GaGa.
